I was new to the area and didn't know where to start and decided to call JCB once I read some reviews. From the first phone call to the end of the project there has been ZERO issues with Jim and his entire crew. It has been not only the best experience customer service wise but quality-wise as well...and this was a MAJOR redo of our entire backyard. Every single member of his team was kind and … More attentive and it was enjoyable to have them on site. Jim's communication was excellent. We weren't there for the entire time and trusting someone to do everything without being on site is a leap of faith but I was sent photos on a weekly basis, did several phone calls to just discuss items that came up and I felt like I was there. and always a part of the project. And it looks so beautiful. Way better than I ever could have imagined. This is a company that is very passionate about their work, the quality and sustainability of their work, and their expertise is evident. I honestly wish I had more to do because it was just so transformative and exciting to see it all change so much. They are the best and I would absolutely work with them again!!!

We had no comfortable space to enjoy the changing seasons outdoors. We also had some drainage and safety issues that we wanted to address. JCB Designscapes has provided many different services for us over the course of years. We continue to use these services because of the quality of design, the quality of workmanship and the quality of the end product. Our most recent project entailed removal and replacement of a lake front retaining wall, patio, and a low height retaining wall. The project was managed by JCB and they coordinated … More with other subcontractors for the barge and tree removal. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the end product surpassed our greatest expectations. This was a difficult project completed under difficult conditions. JCB Designscapes LLC has been working at Hilltop Place Community Association for four (4) years.
During the winter months, they do all the snow plowing/removal from roads, driveways and walkways. Every spring they do the entire clean-up of the property. In addition, JCB replace catch basins, do stone walkways and stone walls.

I've hired JCB for 3 projects and can't say enough good things about him and his team. Pricing is very fair. He doesn't try to upsell you. I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else in the area for future projects.
